Lessons Learned Through Coaching and Leading Soccer Clubs

I plan to share things that I experience and learn both coaching my current u11 boys team and concepts I have learned coaching other genders/ages over the years. I will focus more on nuances that I've learned or will learn dealing with player confidence, empowering players, developing players willing to take chances or be creative, parent and player communication to help get support and the most out of individuals, etc. 

I will also have posts that focus on different aspects of running a soccer club. I will also share ideas that we have at the club level that help with culture, ideas/programs that elevate club/community level of play, fundraising ideas that serve the club and families, etc.
